Scope of Application
CAB6-63 series mini circuit breaker (hereinafter referred to as MCB) has double protection functions of overload and short circuit. It is suitable for the circuit with AC 50Hz, rated voltage 230 / 400V and rated current up to 63A, as the overload and short circuit protection of the circuit, and also for the infrequent on-off operation of the circuit. The crystal has the characteristics of small size, light weight, separation ability, flame retardant, impact resistance, guide rail installation, safety and reliability. It is suitable for non professionals to use. It is widely used in industrial and mining enterprises, high-rise buildings, businesses and families.
This series of circuit breakers meet the requirements of GB / T1 0963.1.

Structural Characteristics
1. MCB is mainly composed of operating mechanism, dynamic and static contacts, trip unit, arc extinguishing device and other components. And all are installed in an insulating shell made of high resistance dry, impact resistant plastic.
2. When pushing the operating handle to the "ON" position, the operating mechanism closes the moving and static contacts to close the circuit. When an overload fault occurs on the line, the overload current causes the thermal bimetal element to bend and the vertebral moving lever resets the mechanical locking mechanism, and the moving contact quickly leaves the static contact, thereby achieving overload protection of the line; when a short circuit fault occurs on the line, the short circuit current causes the instantaneous tripper , The push rod pushes the lever to reset the locking mechanism to achieve short circuit protection of the circuit.
3. The 2P, 3P and 4P circuit breakers are equipped with a linkage tripping device, and the operating handle is connected with a connecting rod, which will not cause a single-phase circuit accident

Normal Working Condition
1. Ambient air temperature: -5°C~+40°C, and the average value within 24 hours does not exceed +35°C.
2. Altitude: The altitude of the installation site does not exceed 2000m.
3. Atmospheric conditions: atmospheric relative humidity does not exceed 50% at a temperature of +40°C; higher relative humidity is allowed at lower temperatures, and the average maximum relative humidity of the wettest month is 90%, and the month of the month The average minimum temperature does not exceed +20°C, and consideration should be given to condensation that occurs on the product surface due to temperature changes.
4. Pollution degree: The pollution degree of the MCB is level 2.
5. Installation category (overvoltage category): The installation category of the MCB is II.
6. Installed in a place without significant impact and vibration, no dangerous explosion medium, no air break or dust enough to corrode metal and destroy insulation, no rain and snow attack.
7. Installation conditions: TH35 standard guide rails are used for installation and installation in the power distribution cabinet and distribution box. When installing, it should be installed vertically, with the handle up to the power-on position.

Installation, Use And Maintenance
1. Installation
◇ During installation, check whether the basic technical data of the nameplate meets the requirements for use.
◇ Check the MCB and operate it several times. The action shall be flexible and reliable. Installation can only be carried out after confirming that it is intact.
◇ The MCB should be installed in accordance with the stipulated requirements. The incoming end is the power supply side above the breaker, and the outgoing end is the load side below the MCB, the upward position of the handle is the closed position of the contact.
◇ When installing, first install the MCB on the TH35 standard mounting rail. Then insert the incoming and outgoing wires into the terminal, and use screws to access the MCB. The cross-sectional area of the selected connecting wire must be compatible with the rated current (see Table 3).

2. Use and maintenance
◇ The protective characteristics of the MCB shall be set by the manufacturer, and shall not be adjusted at will during the use process to avoid affecting the performance.
◇ After the MCB is trip due to overload or short circuit protection, the fault shall be removed first and then the MCB shall be closed. When closing, the handle shall be pulled downward to make the operating mechanism re“ buckle”, and then pushed upward to close.
◇ When the overload protection of the MCB is broken and the fault is removed, it should be about 10 minutes before closing.
◇ The MCB shall be inspected regularly during operation. The power supply shall be cut off during inspection.
◇ The MCB shall not be attacked and dropped by rain and snow during use, storage or transportation.
